I’m a wife, a believer in Christ, and a mom to three kids. Life is often hectic and full, but I’ve learned there is so much beauty happening in the everyday... beauty we don’t always notice until it’s gone.
Photography gives us a moment to pause and truly see it again later.
The way a groom looks at his bride.
A tiny baby foot.
A child holding their mom’s hand.
Every image, candid or posed, holds a piece of that beauty. A little glimpse of the story you’ll always want to remember.
* I have my BA in Social Work & Religion
* Currently on year 3 of trying to read through the Bible in a year
* Born and raised in a small town in North Dakota
* Thrift stores = my favorite places to shop
* Flute player from elementary through College
* I met my husband at a camp in upstate New York
* I drink my coffee black with a splash of heavy cream
* I wear glasses, but you will not see me wearing them for your session (they fog up when I sweat, haha)
* Favorite exercise: any where I get to grab heavy weights!
Before every session, I ask myself one question:
“How can I tell their story in the most honest, authentic way?”
For me, that starts long before the shoot actually happens. I love getting to know you, asking real questions, staying in close communication, and creating a space where you feel at ease. Because when you’re comfortable, your real emotion comes forward on its own.
My goal is to notice the beauty in your own unique story. Whether it’s a big moment or a tiny glance, I’m always watching for the things that deserve to be seen... the moments that might slip by unless someone slows down enough to notice them.

I’d love to hear it. Let’s begin with a simple note.
